What if Trixie accidentally traveled back in time to when Grogar was 8 years old and destroyed him earlier than he should have been. How would it affect the timeline?

I was thinking about the season 5 finale "Cutie re-mark" as I was watching season 7 "Parental Glideance" when something came to my mind. I watched the newest MLP theory video made by Brony Notion and starting thinking about making a new story. The story will be about the history of Equestria, starting from right before the rise of Grogar and not ever ending.
