Just wanted to let you all know that chapter seven is well underway, and more than halfway through page four. Not sure how long it will take, since this is Spitfire's first big chapter to herself. I'm trying to throw in some background detail on her, and being careful about it because she seems to be the most popular amongst those commenting. There may or may not be some light clopping in it, I haven't decided yet, though I am leaning towards including it. What do you all think?

Cover art has been added to the story. This is temporary, and a more finished version will replace it later. A few things to note about this: I don't like how Spitfire's mane turned out and may change it as well. Also I am ashamed to admit that I totally cribbed Trixie's pose from another picture. I hope you can forgive me, since this is only like the third or fourth time I've drawn ponies.

Making some pretty amazing progress with the chapter. I'm mostly through page six, but that's also because of the song lyrics I had some of the characters singing. Those tend to take up a lot of space for as few words as they use. Don't worry, it's a song you'll at least recognize, so you can sing along if you like. Best of all, its inclusion into the story isn't contrived at all! O_O In fact, it kinda made me tear up while I was writing it. Excuse me... ::blows nose in tissue::
