I really want to write this story that's been stuck in my mind for a year now. I am going to do it; I just wish it was perfect. This will be the first time I ever wrote a story like this. Usually i enjoy writing poems, but this story haunts my daydreaming and distracts me from so much. Its going to be a good story, I just want to write it as well as it deserves. Bleh....

In the dead of winter,
When youre all alone
You'll be thinking of summer
and how its gone.

And I cant help but wonder
will my warmth be missed at all?
I geuss the past leaves us all
chilled out or hot with hunger

I'm not gonna miss any small kiss
Im not going to think of the failed closeness
I just wonder if it hit you
when I swung

I suppose time changes minds
and new people come to life
but right now I'm just wondering
why what seems good is actually wrong

Fifty Clouds
Standing in clouds of different shapes
In the end they are all the same
and in the fifty clouds I swear I heard
something telling me whats not there

What were we to look for?
the fluffy white mess
holding us together in the air
In the end we were cold
wet and shivering

The clouds seemed solid and promising
We wanted to see the world for its taking
and in each cloud I would fall fifty times
protecting its meaning

What it was
I fell in love with the sun
and its power to make me glow
and melt the winter snow
Sometimes I start to question
if in reality it was you

the moon had no worries keeping me up
with its glimmering shine
the energy of night it gives me
sometimes I start to question

and the clouds that hide our future
the storms that seem to fortell
can be washed away completely
by your strong hands that mend the spell
