I just got Diablo 3.

A crossover/HiE writer whose own distractions with the internet ended up with him running into ponies. And now he's a fanfiction writer.

And with that, the Ghost Recon story has been successfully retconned. Aside from some minor dialogue changes to make Talbot seem less Ghost-y, I've removed the whole nuclear annihilation shtick and replaced it with something that should have been more concerning when it first came up. As it stands, it won't affect the story at its current point or later much, but for those who are interested, "Diplomacy" and "The Calm before the Storm" are the ones that have had the major touchups, aside from
The Ghost Recon story is being retconned. Many thanks to user Cody MacArthur Fett, who pointed out my discrepancies in the story. Thankfully, the damage is minimal, having only been restricted in majority to only two chapters. The latest chapter containing Raymond's escapades will be untouched as it has no significance to the fluff. The concerning point about their world, however, will be something previously mentioned as a casual comment pre-retcon that will now be brought into a bigger scope.
Wow. Now that was completely unexpected, garnering over 50 likes in a single day and dozens of comments on top of that!
Why is that surprising? Here's why:
Well, folks, I've been working on and off on various stories. Winston shall be coming along soon, as will Vanguard, but I also have another new story on the way.
"Swift. Silent. Invisible."
If anything, that'll give you something to expect. I love doing crossovers.
Hi folks!
I've been busy with life recently, what with all the tests finally ending and all my deadlines going back to normal.
I've actually been juggling a lot of stories recently, some seriously, but many of them as an outlet for my creative thoughts. Before MLP, I don't think I've ever been inspired to write fanfiction before this, so it's really strange how this show can seriously get the creative thoughts flowing.
Isn't that fantastic? I just finished my math midterm, and I have a history one this week! On top of that, I think I'm barely holding on in terms of comprehension and work in other classes? Argh.
Expect one or maybe no updates this week. College is far too demanding.
Okay, so I managed to pump out a chapter early this week. Now I shall seriously focus on my studies now.
I also have a couple more stories in the works, as well. They might be published later this month. All I can say for now is that one of them just so happens to be another crossover.
Oh, yes. Have to love academics, eh?
My workload's catching up with me, and my midterms are next week. Probably won't be much activity from me aside from going around dropping nice comments on new stories for the enterprising author.
