Fun Fact of the Day: I am (technically) related to the late movie star Paul Newman. His uncle was married to the aunt of my grandmother's 2nd cousin.

Because today is a special day for me, I've decided to start something new. Starting today, I'll be post a blog once per day with a random fun fact. It could be anything about my life or just some random thing I feel like mentioning. Part of me doesn't know why I'm doing this, but I just feel like it. I'm curious as to how it will go.

Fun Fact of the Day: Today would have been my grandfather's 91st birthday, meaning I joined the fandom on what would have been his 88th birthday.

This is a very special day for me. 3 years ago today, I joined the Brony fandom. When I first heard of the show back in 2011, I thought to myself, 'Are you serious? How could something like that possibly be this popular? There's no way I'll ever go near whatever hype that is.'

If you're wondering why I've been offline for nearly a week, it's because I just got home from a 6-day trip to New Mexico. My hotel didn't have a private Wi-Fi system, plus there was no Wi-Fi on the train, so I didn't feel like going on the internet at all.
