In the Transhumanism verse, the idea of a Transhuman potion had started when a man had taken an Earth Pony potion in 2012, which, instead of turning him into a pony, had a completely different effect:

No accusation fics, no Anon-A-Miss, no CMC or Humans Five bashing, no nothing!
