Sorry I haven't done anything with the Harley Quinn story. Life's been far too busy this last year, but I haven't forgotten. It's still on hold for the time being, but i may post a second chapter without warning, so keep an eye on it. I have Chapter 2 planned out (it involves Harley meeting Pinkie for the first time), so that's something at least.
