Thoughts on a new crossover idea

Sorry i haven't bothered continuing the Harley Quinn story ATM. Life's been pretty busy. Meantime, however, I wanna get your thoughts on an idea for a newer crossover fic that might interest y'all!

Planning on doing a crossover fanfic of A Series of Unfortunate Events (the Netflix series version) and Equestria Girls for the site. The plot is gonna be something like this: the Baudelaires are sent to live with one of the Humane 7 (probably either Rarity or Applejack) and Olaf is up his usual disguise charade......but, for once luck is on the Baudelaire kids' side, as the Humane 7 are not fooled by Olaf's bullshit. He tries disguises at least 3 times; once as a fashion designer to try and fool Rarity, again as a teacher (the girls warn Celestia about this and she verbally give him what for) and finally as a land developer to try and get Applejack out of the way. Ultimately, he's finally forced to get dirty. This escalates into the girls getting into a boderline war with Olaf, Esme Squallor (Olaf's girlfriend from the books and show) and Olaf's troupe of cronies and freaks, climaxing in a small scale-equivilate to the siege of Helm's Deep on the Apple Family's farm where the Baudelaires and company dig their heels in.

Oh and Sunset and company at one point call out Mr. Poe on how gullible he is and how little help he's given. And there's a 4th wall gag involved with Lemony Snicket himself (He's on the show constantly in the background a la Rod Serling) and Pinkie Pie.

So, that said, what do you guys think of this idea?
