There seems to be a real issue with Youtube.  Apparently, Youtube has been sending emails to people with smaller subscriber saying that they will lose monetization because they don't meet the new threshold of requirements.  Either due to not putting together videos that equals a # of hours or not having enough subscribers.  This has been happening to a few people i know on Youtube.
