Craig McCracken's (Lauren Faust's Husband's) Own Words:
An autistic teen who goes to a mental school.
You know I've said this show should have ended in season two, and whilst on the whole I'm probably right, there would have been things we would have definitely missed out on. The Cutie Map is one of them. But the 100th episode would have been another, presuming it will be as awesome as it sounds and has potential to be.
Now, as you have probably guessed, I think that this show has had a drop in quality since Lauren Faust left. Most of my friends will agree, and I am also part of many groups that support this opinion.
But who is to blame?
Well, I've listed two main culprits, and I'm going to explain what they've done to this show. Then I'll decide who is the main cause.

Hello guys, so I think it's time for my next review.
First off, that fanfiction I wrote, it's shit, and was written as a joke. Yes I do hate Sunset Shimmer and every time I see her I wish she could die, so I wrote that fanfiction of her being brutally murdered, but it was completely non serious.
Okay, you've been waiting long enough.
Just a quick heads up. I am REALLY looking forward to the episode this week. Part of the reason why I was quite disappointed by season 5 so far was because they weren't going all ambitious like I thought they would be, and what they said they would be.
It's clear that a lot of people might have misunderstood what I said about reformed Discord. Thinking that I HATE him.
That's wrong, I still absolutely love the character. I love his style of comedy, and to tell you the truth, I wish he had more screen time, because he's still incredibly fun to watch. I'll even say that he's become more funny since his reformation.
I really, really, really, liked this one.
Yeah, I'm beginning to see what I thought I was promised at the start of the season with that amazing first two parter. This episode introduced a great character with a really good conflict, painted the CMC in character, and also had a really charming moral about interpretation.
