I swear someone follows me around this site just to down vote my comments. It's weird, but hey, it's the internet.
Anyone else feel like that sometimes?
Tell me, what do you live for? Is it for work? For study? Or is it for the important things? Pleasure, art, friends, family, love? Do you live to work? Or do you work to live?

I have many ideas for starting a story, yet very few for actually filling them with content.
This is difficult for me.
I'm working on a short one-off now that was going to be a short 1,000-ish words, but I just got past the intro, and it's already 1,100... awesome. Yet I think it's going to be one of my best so far, despite the utter lack of literary fluency or beautiful prose.
This:
A Good Book
After about five and a half hours of total work over the last week from sketch to final product, I finally made a work of pony art I can be proud of.
I'm strangely excited that I finally made something that looks like this. :D
Here's a poem about my progress on new chapters.
*ahem*
Some things are not done quite yet
But soon these things will be,
For what, when written, seems okay
Is good enough for me.
*bows*
Feel free to throw flowers... or other things.
I LOVE the new look of the site. It's amazing!
Though there are some things missing. One is the ability to see the stories that I've already read, but haven't added to my bookshelves. The second is that there were no new emoticons added. Who knows, maybe I'll create some and submit them to Knighty.
The last is the inability to add THIS to my bookshelves.
Well, ain't those numbers interestin'.
Anyway, I'm writing this blog post instead of writing a chapter of fiction to say the following: I believe that I went in WAAAAAAAAAY over my big head when I started the two fics that now stand incomplete.
Okay, this could be tricky, but here it goes. Can anyone help me find this story?
I'm looking for a story that I started reading over two and a half years ago. I remember a strange amount of detail for it being that long ago, but I only know what the beginning of the story is like. I never finished it, hence the search.
So here it goes.
Well, I've made it to the first step up in the fimfiction writing world. Thanks you all you wonderful readers and followers, each of my stories now has over 300 views each, and in total, I have over 1000 story views! Yay!
Anyway, here my mental stepping stones of fimfic success in case you're wondering:
Standard 0: 1000 total story views
Standard 1: 1000 views on a single story
Standard 2: 5000 total story views
I have added the first of many chapters to come. Go check out 'The Unfaithful Student'! I think it's one of my best writings so far.
Granted, I'm not the best of writers, but I'm happy with how it turned out. :)
So how's about that? I've been taking forever to update my fics.
Actually every single author I follow has also been delayed in one form or another, not to mention the fics that pop up all the time on the front page because they were updated for the first time in almost a year.
