2022 was rough for a number of reasons, be they personal or impersonal. But, it could have been far worse. So I encourage you to all do your best and be your best selves insomuch as possible.

It has come to my attention that Kevin Conroy, age 66, voice of Batman in many projects, died 2 hours ago, after a short battle with cancer.

I wish I could say I was joking. I wish I could say this was some monstrous, demented gag. I can't.

May be rest in peace, may his legacy be remembered, and may the next life be kinder to him than this one.

It's a new anime, though half of the current season finished a while ago. Long story short, the Dad's a spy, the Mom's an assassin, and their pink haired adopted daughter is a telepath.

But I don't watch it for that. Episode 15 has them adopt a dog.

Siren Magic cannot create emotions out of thin air. They can only amplify what's already there. The more there is, the easier it is.

For example, their debut in the café, we're seeing the aftermath, and given it's a crowded café, there's probably a lot of emotions under the surface that the Siren Magic, gives a voice to, so to speak.

To everyone who's done the right thing. No matter how small or insignificant it may have felt.

From just choosing to go for that walk because you want to lose weight, to stopping a person from doing something monumentally stupid, or even just taking the option to be kind in a video game.

To all of you who have done the right thing, from big things to small things, you matter. You chose well. I'm proud of you. And I tip my hat to you.

Did anyone see it? If so, verdict?

Been thinking about these movies and they're kinda similar in that they work well as standalone movies, and as start/end of their respective stories.

A New Hope works well as both its own standalone Hero's Journey, and the start of a greater Hero's Journey, which we see take place during the Original Trilogy.

Revenge Of The Sith, in contrast, is the end of a greater tragic story, and also serves as a good tragedy on its own.

Just some food for thought.
