I didn't want to delete the old chapters outright, so I had unpublished them and edited them to leave the comments as they were. I don't think fimfiction registers the republished chapters as new updates, however, so I figured I'd update whoever is following the story here.

I'm going to be editing old chapters of A Lonely Star, and most likely unpublishing the later chapters, since I don't like the direction I was originally heading in. It may be a while before new chapters crop back up, as I'll make sure that I draft them more thoroughly on FIM fiction rather than leaving them to be edited and stored on another platform prone to the random whims of the rest of my imagination.

As I look upon all of the wonderful stories I have been reading in the past few days, I feel inspiration to try my hoof at it. I want to make a worthwhile story, and feel the drive to, but the urge disappears as soon as I have a particular thought. It's not about college, or the fact that I've been on a laptop for a few weeks now... it's a thought that anypony can get when they try to act upon the impulse...
