Character Design I hate.

Obviously Mary-Sues/ Gary-Stus.
This I be slightly lenient on as its too easy to make a OC a Mary Sue (I am slightly guilty of this at times), but when a OC reaks of being a Mary-Sue it drives me up the Wall.

Being a too perfect or too power powerful character is a prime example. You should never use Dragon ball Z characterization for a MLP OC, Ever.
Making your OC a blank slate is also a Mary Sue waiting to happen.

Myself and Lt Bubbles decided our real life home town is too similar to a real life human Ponyville.
It is a small town with a cozy historic district, we found a bake shop Iced Gems, its the closest thing I found yet to Sugar Cube Corners yet. I saw like a dozen different flavors of cup cake, all slightly too sugary like if Pinkie Pie did all the baking. I had the Caramel and Coffee Flavor Cupcake complete with chocolate covered coffee beans.

You know what the hardest part of co-authoring a Story?
Getting 2 different visions to make 1 cohesive story.

Even when two writers agree with the direction of a story, the issue is often to make everything consistent.

As some people who following Lt Bubbles Seven Ponies Seven Loves, I am coauthoring Part 2.
And trying to not make your self a Mary Sue, Gary Stu on in Fim Fic's case a Pony sue is challenging, but thankfully Lt Bubbles depiction of my is about right on.
