Hello, Again · 12:22am Feb 24th, 2013
So... it has been a while. Wasn't expecting a leave this long but oh, well. Sorry about that.
So... it has been a while. Wasn't expecting a leave this long but oh, well. Sorry about that.
Fairly bored, late at night, not tired, no urge to play anything that I own.
So... yeah, conditions are perfect for a spontaneous write, someone suggest something maybe, and I could, possibly, write something? Note my use of qualifiers.
Also I won't be writing a chapter of "Will She Love Me Too?", as I'm still racking my brain to work out how to write that chapter, sorry for that.
Yeah... so, this is awkward.
I have been completely neglecting the story for several months now, I'm not even going to lie and say that I have begun work on it; because that would be dishonest.
So I went to submit the story to Equestria Daily after finishing it, you know; to overcome my fear of criticism whilst simultaneously allowing myself another opportunity to stroke my inconceivably large ego.
Well, it's been a whole month since a last blog post, and I may as well post this to reassure all 10 people that care, I am not dead. The long delay is for a plethora of reasons, one of which is purely Olympic related; in the fever of the Olympics I have been a) Playing Football Manager to win it with Britain, b) Playing the Olympic Video Game, c) Playing Champion Jockey: G1 Jockey and Gallop Racer and d) Watching the Olympics and the highlights at night of the things I couldn't see.
Hello, there, me again. As you are no doubt aware 'tis Sunday morning (in Blighty, just past 3AM to be precise), and I still haven't made any new chapters. There are many things I could blame this on, and so I shall, list below.
As of Monday I am officially finished my GCSE exams. Which means I then have a significant amount of free time available hereafter.
This means that I'd have ample time to write. That is, of course, until I find a part-time job that us 16 year old children are allowed to do, where I'd still have a lot a free time, but also have to have a semblance of sleeping time.
I seem to have a disproportionate amount of views on WLSMT today. Like, literally a large spike, the likes of which I only see the day after I post a new chapter.
Did something happen today, was I featured anywhere, or is this just a coincidence and I'm looking into this too much?
So, here I am, at a fork in the road.
I can do three things at this point.
I can make a start at the next chapter for one of the two stories which I have going, that is two of the three things I could do.
OR
I could make a start on this little side project that I will be adding to in the background, its called "Orthodoxy", make of that what you will.
Anyone have any preference?
So, yeah, that's around 260 words a day, and the first time I've actually written in a segmented way like this. I probably should've gotten more up in each sitting, but, you know, distractions and what not.
