Spent the last four hours of this day sitting in my apt with my cane on my lap as the downstairs couple got the last of their stuff out of unit one while calling me every thing in the book and then some while making as much sound as they could(I work 3trds) to try and get me to confront them so they could call the cops so now I sit in the same spot tired from the on and off spikes of adrenaline hoping that was the last of them

(with a roommate) no hot water no gas (electric heating boards) landlord is hoping to switch to electric water heater soon on the plus side I do have one outlet that draws power from the apartment under me (wonder how much I can use before they figure it out?) lol landlord told me about it.
