Lost Deep

I'm quite mad. Like something right out of a Lewiss Carroll work.

Holidays · 8:18pm Dec 3rd, 2013

So... you know when a lot of stuff is going on? Know what doesn't happen when that goes on? Other stuff. And it just so happens that the holiday season is when a lot of stuff goes on! For me and mine, the holiday season stretches from Thanksgiving time to late January (We have a lot of January birthdays) so... I have no idea about what I'm going to do about ponies.

Story updates!

It's been a long week · 11:33pm Oct 28th, 2013

Last week was a tiring one. Stuff going on. Stuff happening. Things not getting written. It was pretty bad.

Okay, progress:
The Monsters She Lost: none. That's how bad it was. It's worse since I need to decide what happens next here, and I don't like either of the choices, and choosing a THIRD choice would just be a writing no-no.

To the Moon! · 2:46pm Oct 14th, 2013

So, what happens when Twilight asks to study abroad? She is sent a long way away from Equestria, to study the history and culture of the indigenous people! Of course, those people don't know much about ponykind. Given that they spent most of their history interacting with Nightmare Moon, can't really blame them for being hesitant about the whole thing...
Oh, yeah. The moon is inhabited. Have fun, Twilight!

STATUS!

The Monsters She Lost:
1,600 words, refined. Keep in mind that I prefer 4,000 to 5,000 words in these chapters, so it's about 1/4 the way done (not including proofreading and revision!)

Upcoming stories:
One I have decided on: Slice of Life, comedy, with Twilight Sparkle, Luna, Nightmare Moon, and a host of OCs. Chance of happening: High.

Thanks for the booster · 3:58pm Sep 20th, 2013

I would like to give a howdy and a thanks to Prane who recently Boosterized Indigo Glow! However, Indigo Glow is currently on INDEFINITE HIATUS as I figure out what I was doing, and re-write the entire core idea.

I have no update. · 8:33pm Sep 12th, 2013

BEHOLD! THERE IS NO UPDATE!

I'm in a procrastination/writer block/have to do other stuff first/want to do everything/do nothing loop.

I made a pretty picture for The Monsters She Lost instead. It's Liz's cutie mark! Cutie marks are nice because they can be minimalistic!
FURTHER UPDATES OR NOT-UPDATES AS CIRCUMSTANCES CHANGE.

Indigone? · 10:02pm Aug 30th, 2013

So, I'm working on The Monsters She Lost, but due to my nature I think a lot about things. And I've been thinking about Indigo Glow! The issue is... I realized that the core idea behind Indigo Glow does not cooperate well with what I want to write into it. In short, it was a poorly thought-out idea. I really should have seen this coming, because I usually think about ideas enough to realize when they're poorly thought out before I put them on the internet.

Gotta re-catch 'em all. · 2:18pm Aug 22nd, 2013

The Monsters She Lost is a more serious work, with chapter sizes of about 4,000 to 5,000 words apiece. This first chapter is a but clunkier than I would like it to be, but there wasn't any revision that lent itself to me, so I'll just put it here and then work on refining following chapters more.

Hmm... I should throw this at the Pokemon crossover group, shouldn't I?

Thank you, moderation! · 12:14am Aug 18th, 2013

So, I just put my first story up. It took a bit because I didn't know that copying from Word to FimFic doesn't translate over formatted paragraph indents. Thankfully, my initial draft was rejected and the lack pointed out to me, giving me a chance to fix it before it was given to the world.

On that note, 'Indigo Glow' is a casual story, intended to be read casually. I don't expect it to be A+, but I am more than willing to listen to any constructive criticism sent my way.
