I've gone over the canon in my story, and it all points toward a time between S3 finale and the S4 opener.
So...
Episode Maud Pie hasn't happened, so I can't (easily) use Maud Pie in The Monsters She Lost.
I'm quite mad. Like something right out of a Lewiss Carroll work.
The Monsters She Lost: 4,325 words, not sure how many are refined.
What's that? That's not all that much of progress in five months? Well, it's part of a complex writing method where I try to find a job, fail, start going to school full-time, remember that I'm watching Star Trek: TNG, and then write a completely different story.
Star Trek: Burning Age: 9,836 words, kinda maybe about half-refined.
Monsters She Lost: 2,167 words, unrefined.
Looking good so far. Certainly not looking bad. No writer's block, just finding the time for it. Spent yesterday writing various things, including this story.
Ideas for stories:
Night Vale crossover. Nice notion, no earthly idea what the plot would be. Not sure if that's good or bad.
Three fillies are put in an unusual situation, and must work together to get home. Think the CMC crossed with homeward bound.
3,292 words, refined. Should be simple enough to get about a thousand more. Pending title: Uproar.
I'll just use Hyper Voice if there's a chapter that is even noisier! Or Metal Sound. Or Screech. There's a lot of noisy Pokemon attacks.
Random thing: I've been listening to Welcome to Night Vale, and it has been giving me... ideas. But I don't want to start a ton of stories and never finish them... nnnnnnn!
Look at me, not bring dead and all! Wow! Fancy that! Now what?
Okay, since this website is about pony fanfics, I should talk about my pony fanfics! Time for that progress chart!
ZILTCH
That's a rubbish progress chart... Really, my main reason to make this post is to let you know that I'll try to write more pony stuff! No garuntees about timeframe, no promises and no way to tell if I'll have enough time to actually pull through!
HEY! I made a post on my blog about why I'm not on much right now! It more or less boils down to 'HOLIDAYS.' You want more Mondgeschopfe? I'm sorry, but your Mondgeschopfe delivery will be stalled. We really don't know how long; anywhere from a couple of days to... after January. We appreciate your patience, and interest in silly moon creatures!
