Regular update for White Rabbit Object will be for tomorrow.

So over the weekend, I managed to see MLP: Equestria Girls. I know a lot of bronies dismissed this movie when it was announced. Many were hollowing for blood about the ponies-cum-human base of the plot. Some bronies just wanted to rant. I reserved judgment; it's one thing to vilify a movie after watching it, it's another to rip it apart without even seeing it. So, this Labor Day weekend, I got my chance to watch it. I must say, it wasn't as bad as some predicted it to be. It was on par with

Okay, so alot has happened in the past little while. Production of Chapter Five for TCS has moved on steadily. Damned writers block almost made not even start the chapter… Along the way, though, I found some new basis for Free Lancer. I haven't written much in the last week or so. The weather here in the Tenth Circle of Hell has not been very cooperative, I'm afraid. Between blistering heat and scattered thunderstorms, I haven't had a chance to get outside, nor have I had any rustlings from my muse. What I have done is try to make some decent artwork for TCS. I've gotten a decent rendition of Indelible Spark.
I'm probably not one of the few dozen or more people who remember when the First Gen My Little Pony series came about. I can remember those very vaguely, mind you, but I do know that I detested the series with a vengeance. Point of fact, the 1980's were not a good time for animation, unless you counted in anime, which was roaring in at the time in the States. Between Jem and The Holograms, Strawberry Shortcake, GI Joe, and the Smurfs, it was a really embarrassing time to admit you watched
