Prologue: Giegue/Giygas's POV-

Disclaimer! I do not own MLP or the Mother/Earthbound. MLP belongs to Hasbro and Mother/Earthbound belongs to Nintendo!

This chapter comes from the POV of Giegue/Giygas, since he is my favorite villain.

So yes, Giegue will be in the story. Anyways on with the chapter.

The void

Giegue/Giygas' POV-

I sigh as I floated in an empty void. That's all that I've been doing for a while since the chosen four defeated me.

At least, that's what I think happened.

In all honesty, I don't completely remember what happened. I know that I was released from the Devils Machine by someone, I just don't remember who or what happened afterwards.

"Somehow, I get the feeling this was deserved."

This wasn't the first time that I was thinking this. The first time I thought this was when I was defeated by Ninten and his two friends back in 1988.

Looking back, It was foolish of me to attack Earth. After all, it was two humans who raised me.

As my thoughts went in that direction, I couldn't help but let tears fall from my face. George and Maria had raised me when I was very young after my birth family had perished when I was around the age of 4.

At the same time however, I remember that George had stolen information that could be used to wipe out my people. Why he did this I have yet to figure out. but if I were to guess he probably discovered something that would be unethnical in the eyes of humans.

As I later discovered sometime before my invasion in 1988, my people weren't very tolerant of other species with PSI.

The more I thought about this the more I realized that Ninten and his friends, along with the chosen four were right in stopping me those two times.

"I brought this on myself." I say in defeat as I realized all the bad I had done.

"Maria.. mother.. I'm sorry..." I say finally break down crying in grief.

It took me a minute to sense the change in the energy inside the void that was trapped inside. When I did finally sense it I went rigid.

Something was happening outside this place and whatever it was, it wasn't good.

Before I could say anything however, everything went to white.
