Today I'm trying out my first foray into mature content on this site. Sweets and Sharp Objects makes the grown-up cut for gore more than sex - it is (at least to me) a bizarrely malign attempt to emulate 19th-century gothic literary fiction. If it's received well enough, expect more mature titles
