Hello all, Chapters 1-7 of Sparkle No More have undergone some changes, with chapter 6 having undergone major changes. Nothing was changed in the sense of what happens, but mainly how it happens. Chapter 8 I realized has some major problems as well with some things I've added, so chapter 8 is going to be removed for now until I fix it. I don't know how much will be changed of chapter 8, but I think a lot will.

Throughout the day today, I'll be updating Sparkle No More's chapters that are currently out. Chapter 8 may undergo a serious overhaul, I'm not sure yet. I feel like there's a lot in there that needs to be improved. Overall it feels like a very weak chapter and will be fixing that over the course of the month. I hope to have chapter 9 out by end of March of April, but no promises.

Since I posted my blog post 6 hours ago, I've been doing nonstop editing over the chapters of Sparkle No More on my Gdocs version. I'll be updating them tomorrow as I finish each chapter before I start work on Chapter 9, which is currently set to be the final chapter of the story. I don't know what'll happen tomorrow. But I WILL finish this story.

And again, I'm sorry to have kept you all in the dark for so long.

I've fallen off the face of the Earth, and part of me has lost interest in writing. But I recently received a letter from someone asking me when the next update was.

I feel terrible. I just abandoned it. I figured if I sit quietly, it would be forgotten about, and it may have been, but one person was all it took to make me remember the way I always felt about stories I loved not updating or being abandoned.

Should I

A) Cancel it

B) Stick with my original ending that would probably upset a lot of people (which I think I have saved somewhere in my Drive or computer, but believe me, it doesn't do it the story justice)

C) Stay close to my original ending but change it slightly to add more emotions to it (which is what I'm leaning towards)

I love Sparkle No More. I really do. I don't want to see it die. But I've had no motivation to write.

I want to the fans of the story to be happy, but I know my original ending will leave a lot of people dissatisfied, so I wanted to change it up and see what I can do, but this is proving much harder than I anticipated.

Emotion is hard. And I don't know how to go about writing my final chapter anymore.

SNM isn't canceled yet, but it's looking to be a possibility...

In the beginning, I was going to have something else be the ending, but a lot of your comments helped me realize that my original ending probably wasn't the best idea, and I've been brainstorming for a long time about what to do, and I've hit a diamond wall with reinforced steel in terms of writing. I've never been this stuck before and it's driving me crazy.

So, I hate to say it, but I have to put Sparkle No More on hiatus again. It's only the second day of classes for my college, and I'm already feeling overwhelmed by my Statistics class. As much as I want to say that school is the only reason I'm doing this, I can't. The other problem is I just don't feel like doing anything at all. I don't feel like writing, I don't feel like gaming, I don't feel like doing schoolwork, and everything is very uninteresting. So for now, I have no estimated release

So yeah, I was originally going to have this be one semi-long chapter, but decided to split it into two as I work on the latter half, which needs work. But it should be done soon. If I force myself to work I may be able to get it done before school starts on the 27th.

Remember when I said I was going to continue with Sparkle No More? Well, I worked for about 6 hours on the day I posted the blog and then didn't open it again till today. However, I've decided to break up the ending into a few more chapters. So part 1 of this chapter might even be up by today or tomorrow. But that's a pretty big maybe. Definitely, as long as I actually make myself work on it, by the end of the week.

As of today, I've continued work on Sparkle No More, and I think the chapter might be split over the course of two, maybe even three chapters. There was a small edit done to chapter 5, so sorry if it shows that I updated the story for anyone and got your hopes up. >.<

Anyway, if work continues like it is today, give it about a week or two and I should be set.

Hello everyone. I know it's been a while, and I'm sorry to say, progress on chapter 7 has been very slow. I've had hardly any time to work on it, and barely touched it a week or two ago, after a month of not even opening the chapter.

Finals week is here and once I'm done with that I'll have time to devote back to my story. In the mean time, enjoy my new favorite song.
