The time has come to talk about my plans for All-American Girl. This is a hard decision for me, as this is probably the marquee story I have here on Fimfic and it was a one that caught everyone’s attention. It means the world to me that even now, you’re reading this, wondering what I’m talking about.
The title of AAG, Book II:
I'll be having an ask me anything about AAG in the AAG channel on Horsewords Central, the joint Discord server that I run with Blue and Flynt.
If you want in, here's the link:

The AMA will run from 3PM EDT until we're done!
Also...I'll be revealing the title of AAG's Book II!
First, Jigoku Luna is now about to take over Press Start, taking it as his own project and going places with it. For the past year, he's shown me plans for tie-ins to that specific story and he was so enthusiastic, I figured, why not and let him finish it. Give it a read when it's over there, he's going to have some fun!
Putting it out once the editors get done with it.
Old threads come to an end, new threads start....
A pony worries about a loved one.
A princess finds she has more than she ever knew.
A knight realizes loss.
A villain loses all.
Also, this bonus from Flynt:
If you haven't read it yet, have fun!
If you have read it, have fun!
Now I can work on the epilogue!
The revised Chapter 25 is supposed to drop this week.
The original is about 23000 words. The revised version is about 32000 words.
Biggest AAG chapter yet. By far.
And now on to the Book I epilogue.
After looking at the latest chapter of AAG, I'm not happy with it. So I'm rewriting it, because you guys deserve better. There was a lot I didn't make clear and much that I could've fleshed out, so I will.
Expect the revision to drop soonest; I'll let you know when.
(I did, however, leave the genetically modified baboons out. Heh, baboons - everyone knows gibbons are cooler, anyway.)
Given that Spitfire had always loved Cloudsdale and had lived there most of her adult life, it had turned out to be a surprise to most that she actually wasn’t from the location at all. Instead, she was from a small town in the west known as Rolling Hills. Apparently, her parents had chosen the place for it’s completely flat terrain and wheat fields as far as the eye could see. Her mother Junebug and her father Speak Up had settled there and raised their family in contentment.
I'm sure he'll tell you all about that in a bit, though.
Due to time restrictions and tone, I had to spilt the chapter in two. But I plan to finish AAG Book I this month, no matter what.
So expect a new chapter in two weeks after tomorrow! Two chapters in a year should be something, right?
(Yeah, I know it's not.)
“Are you sure about this, sister?” Luna asked Celestia. “We are taking a huge risk with this. There’s a very good chance we may not survive.”
“I’ll have to agree with Luna here,” Cadance said. “Have all the variables been thought out?”
But if he could put himself into a different skin
He'd be worrying about what he's let himself in for
Hanging in the air apparent
A point of view almost transparent
“This is the way the world ended,” the words on the paper stated. The words, written in the diary, as if they had been placed there for no other reason than to record a posterity that even she couldn’t have imagined. I mean, who could? Nopony – no being – could have ever foreseen what was to come.
Just askin'.
"Better than nothing, right?"

I have to admit, it's interesting getting back into the groove of writing AAG again. It feels both different and at the same time, putting on an old, comfortable glove (mixed metaphors for the win!) This is going to be (hopefully) both the climax of the first part and the end of Book I, and there's a lot of trepidation on this end. Hopefully, the wait will be worth it.
That the time on the clock was the time I usually retired
To the place where I cleared my head of you
But just for today I think I lie here and dream of you
I've got you under my skin where the rain can't get in
But if the sweat pours out, just shout
I'll try to swim and pull you out
A howling wind that blows the litter as the rain flows
As street lamps pour orange colored shapes, through your windows
A broken soul stares from a pair of watering eyes
Everything within a square mile of the damaged hospital had become a national emergency zone as more ponies were being moved in to secure the area. A block beyond that, most of Canterlot’s sheriff’s department had been deployed to keep the curious and the troublesome out. It had displaced more than a few residents, but given the circumstances, there was little that could be done. Given that within a few minutes that Blueblood was going to be given temporary comprehensive authority over the
