...am I the only one who thinks this?? 
Reasons:
- Too hot and greasy for hands. Unlike pizza or pastries, bacon is too hot and greasy to hold with your hand. (Admittedly, I am a clean hands freak.)
- Impossible to pick up with a spoon. Holding bacon with a spoon is a strange balancing act.
- Bacon crumbles if you use a fork. Bacon is too crispy to stab with a fork.
