So... a little background information here...

So my workout cycle/schedule is as follows, for 12 weeks, i get up at 4:30 every morning (except for saturday) to go to the gym in the morning. For 8 of those weeks i lift heavy weights, for the next 4 i lift light, and then i take 2 weeks off to let my body fully recover.
