I came out of RoS thinking it was a deeply flawed film, but the best way they could manage to wrap up the Sequel Trilogy. It's abundantly clear at this point that they had no set plan for the trilogy, and anyone who believes that all the blame lays with Rian Johnson is a fool. The Last Jedi wasn't the perfect film, but at least it was trying to be something, y'know.
