Is it an overkill solution to the problem of having three notepad documents open at once? Yeah.
Is it kind of a stupid thing to make when there are likely far better solutions out there? Totally.

But am I proud of making it at all? Sure.

I'm a novice at best still at Java programming, but I've started work on putting together a desktop character planner/tracker program in Java. The main features I'm planning for it aside from the obvious characterization of characters are the ability to track a character's location history and knowledge history (knowledge given to others, received from others, etc).
