Got a nice workout in today and yesterday. I'll be sore as hell for a few days, but it was worth it.

I got a couple small weights yesterday and used them this morning. I'm doing low weight with high reps for strength and endurance. Now I have a solid routine that mixes diet, Cardio, Weight Training, and Calisthenics. I want to be as strong as my brother.
