I can't post much until completion, but I can post the first two paragraphs or so, so here you go, folks.
Someone recommended that I not put a video for music in the story itself. I don't know if I'll heed that advice or not, but I thought I might give your guys some suitably epic music for the next chapter.
Just letting you know, I decided to put in an Interlude chapter while I work on the next chapter, so you won't be left with nothing to read while I work. Enjoy

I'm proofreading the next chapter now. Once done, I shall post. Either tonight or tomorrow. Why would there be a delay? Because Pizza, that's why. Anywho, just hang on a little longer, and we'll have an update.
And I don't want to spoil, but I think that, with the last part of this latest chapter, I think I may have out-crazied Emperor Kick@$$ McAwesometown. Maybe. I'll let you guys be the judge.
Asides from the title, I can't give you guys a preview like I normally would. There's nothing I can say that wouldn't be massively spoilerific...
However, I intend for it to be ready this weekend, at the latest. Maybe before then. In the meantime, please be patient. Things are about to get really, really crazy.

...He's a jerk. Big time. Apparently, being flayed alive didn't do anything to improve his attitude. I plan on having him beat tonight: Just got the flamespitter weapon, and he definitely seems to hate fire. So... just need to get that puppy upgraded, and I'll start a barbeque while singing Trogdor.
