In talks with family and friends I have come to the conclusion I've been rushing my fic and will be slowing down with releases and now will take 2 months to make sure they are as good as I can get them. So I was almost done with chapter 11 but I decided to go a different direction at the end and removed about 500 words so The chapter won't be exactly on time, but it should be out tomorrow night, if not it'll be out on the second for sure.
