I've just finished editing Chapter 15 of "The Pony Who Lived Upstairs". The chapter is entitled "Politics", and it's a doozy! It's the second-longest chapter so far, and there's plenty of goodness in there. I'll be posting it just after noon on Tuesday, July 14th, because July 14th is also the in-story date on which it takes place.

If you're waiting for Chapter 15 of The Pony Who Lived Upstairs, I can guarantee it won't be out until June 15th at the very earliest. You see, I'm being hired to edit a novel, and the deadline is an uncomfortably close June 10th. I'm going to be very busy until then--too busy for ponies, alas.

But I can tell you that I've written a couple of songs for the upcoming chapter. I'll be singing at least one of them at a music gathering tomorrow. :-)

I've been thinking I should post in this blog more often. So I may as well start with progress updates. I finished drafting Chapter 14 of The Pony Who Lived Upstairs today. It's called "Princesses". I got feedback from one pre-reader and I'm waiting to hear from the other two.
