I wanted my own copy of the book, so what I did was put all the chapters onto a flash drive and take it down to a local stationary store. I asked if they could print and bind EVERYTHING on the USB.

They were shocked at how much there was.

It cost me $100NZD and took two hours to do everything.

Totally worth it.
