Welcome, old and new members! Aside from reading the rules and intro, etc., I've compiled a list of important websites for information or just enhancing gameplay.

Nukapedia, a Fallout wiki.
The Vault, a Fallout wiki.
G.E.C.K. Guide, a Fallout wiki specializing in the GECK.
Fallout 3 Nexus, the largest mod database for Fallout 3.
Fallout New Vegas Nexus, the largest mod database for Fallout New Vegas.
Nexus Mod Manager, a mod organization tool.
AlChestBreach, your god-king's premier Fallout Let's Play-er.

Suggest more in the comments, and have a nice time in your career with the express!

890198FOMM is still used sure but NMM is a more useful version in a way. Multiple game capability as well as much more features. It will also transfer any FOMM mods and loading order over to it as well. I have both just as a precaution.

890198
NMM is pretty much FOMM for every Bethesda RPG combined into one useful little menu. It's fairly easy to use, as well, and is very compatible with the Nexus sites.

NMM. Heh...

Also, Nukapedia is my favorite resource for Fallout info.
