Here is an idea for a Conversion Bureau story: Twilight is experimenting with the formula for conversion when an accident/assault from the HLF causes her to be covered in chemicals, turning her human. We would focus on the transformation and how her thoughts are altering due to not only losing her magic, but her cutie mark as well, but this allows her more freedom of thought, her logical mind starting to realize that the cutie marks seem to have a subliminal control over their bearers. This frightens her, and as the transformation finishes she faints...

And that's all I got, I was thinking that she might have amnesia in regards to her identity, but I an not a writer. I was hoping someone else could help.

That would make a great story. I wish I could help you write a story but I’m the worst person to write as I know. I be a first one aboard the story.
