I wonder why anyone hasn't thought of this yet?

But this then begs the questions. "Who should play the characters of this story and where would this take place?" My guess on the characters...
Twilight as Evie
Shining Armor as Jacob
Mayor Mare as Fredric
Royal Guards as the police (obviously)
And... I'm afraid that either Pinkie, an OC, or some other pony has to be put in as Jack the Ripper.

Now the setting since Mayor Mare is playing the part of Fredric in my thoughts it has to be in Ponyville. But that's my opinion, what about yours?
