Heh, I've noticed every shipping possibility available between the two in all the episodes. Most don't realize it, but Applejack shows the most concern and interest whenever Spike is joking around or in some sort of incident. That's why they are my favorite pairing.

Here's one. Not classic, but classic.

Specifically, the moment Spike falls down a flight of stone steps in a panic, trying to warn his friends that Twilight is in danger at that moment.
