Okay, I've just created the clan. Simply search PWN3s in the find clan search bar and it should pop up. I'm not entirely positive if the clan will show up worldwide, but it definitely will on the NA server.

773293 Yes, in this video, it shows you that you can play globally. However, you will have separate accounts on different servers [skip to 2:58].

I finally got my copy a couple of nights ago and have just started the campaign. It's kickass so far. I haven't had the opportunity to try the mulitplayer quite yet.
