I remember seeing a story (pretty sure it was second person) about a female dragon showing up in ponyville, the picture was of a female spike but the character wasn't called spike and I'm pretty sure the main character was you and you were human, plus I think there was a romance tag. I can't find it anywhere and I'm going insane. Also if it helps I'm pretty sure it was featured at one point.
