Ooo this is really cool! Even though it's not used very much right now, if I might suggest: Categories may be a helpful idea. Official/Important Information; General chatter; Roleplay; Media; Crossover, as some ideas!

Edit: Would also look at maybe combining #welcome with #chat unless it's supposed to be a jumping off spot?

I like to have bots say welcome on the welcome page when someone new comes, buy I don't have much time to mess around with that kind of stuff
