I’ve had a hell of a week. Long story short, I am currently housing not one, but two homeless friends, one of whom is going through heroin withdrawals right now. And this is all in my 10 x 15‘ music studio I live in, a third of which is taken up by a baby grand piano. So yeah, as I’ve said, it’s been a hell of a week.

But you know what, I’m not gonna let that stop me from doing a fucking kick-ass live stream of the results of a kick-ass contest with some kick-ass entries. Tonight on my way home from work, I’m stopping at Best Buy to buy a new WebCam since my laptop’s built in camera seems to have stopped working. Then, I’m taking a shower at Planet Fitness because it’s been a hot minute since I took a shower. Then I’m coming home, and hopefully my friend hasn’t sold all my stuff to buy more drugs. She seems to sincerely want to get clean, so I have faith in her. Anyway, after that, come hell or high water, I’m going to finish doing those judging results.

And then, tomorrow at 7pm Pacific Time/10pm Eastern Time, I’m going to get drunk (but for once, probably not high!), and livestream like I’ve never livestreamed before! It’s gonna be Lit Fam! Things will be going down in three different locations at the same time:

This was my first time running a writing contest ever, and it ended up being one of the largest ones this site has ever seen, certainly the one with the most judges. I want to thank you all, and I’ll be doing that a lot more tomorrow. Let’s have a good time tomorrow night. Come witness the exciting conclusion, and I promise you won’t be disappointed!
