Ooh, how exciting! I love it when other people take an interest in writing within my setting, and I always keep side stories in mind as I write. If you'd like to write your own story set in the floating Equestria of the future, then here's a couple things to keep in mind:

1. If you want to be considered an official side story or spin off, then you have to be approved by me or one of my editors, the group admins. This is just a basic measure for quality control and internal consistency. Stories not approved can still be placed in the Fan Works folder.

2. Join the Discord! You can talk to me about any lore questions you might have, or ideas for your own characters, locations, and events, or I could suggest settings and characters for you to use with your idea. Plus you can brainstorm with everybody else!
