We have the 1st Doctrix. This has much potential. We just have to hope that the writing will come together:

The writing never came together for the 6th Doctor. For the 12th Doctor, the writers had plans for the haracter Danny Pink, but the actor quit and arc of the 12th Doctor went sideways.

I hope that we have a run of Doctrices:

The series established that CisSexReGeneration is easier than TransSexReGeneration. Statistically, we should expect runs of Doctors and Doctrices. perhaps, the casting department can use a D20 (Icosahedron) for deciding the sex of the next Physician:

If the die says 20, change sex. Any other outcome, keep current sex.
