Okay so GoBots might ended the TCC by accident. Okay so Transformers: Renegade Rhetoric was made to tell stories about the GoBots and that was great until they made new GoBots using unused molds from Machine Robo which is still owned by Bandai, I'm not saying making new GoBots is bad, but I am saying they shouldn't have use molds that are still owned by Bandai. Bandai was making new Machine Robo figures that are updated versions of the GoBots. So Hasbro made the choice to end the end the TCC and use the money for HasCon (I think I'm just guessing here) and they did this because of the fact thanks to Transformers: Renegade Rhetoric making people remember the old GoBots (which isn't a bad thing).

But I think if they wanted to make new GoBots they could have used unused Diaclone figures or Brave figures both of which are from TakaraTomy which Hasbro works with on toys like Beyblade and Transformers. Hell they could have used the Playskool GoBots.
