It would be more convenient to get rid of timezones and use only UTC. It would also be more convenient to get rid of all of these calendardars and use the HoloceneCalendar (It is the year 12,023 —— ¡all of recorded history has a positive date!). It would prevent confusion to use ISO-8601 (YY,YYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS). This is now:

12,023-10-16T04:21:00Z H.E.

The "Z" is the standard for denoting ZuluTime, but I would get rid of timezones anyway.
