5156648 Hm, tough to say. While Inspiration Manifestation seems to be more overly powerful, it seems to only affect transmutative magic. The Alicorn Amulet, however, increases the wielder's base magic, allowing a power increase to every school of magic the user can cast. Hm, there's only one way to truly settle this issue. Someone!
