So Twilight Sparkle made a spell so that one at a time, they could fuse with AppleJack for one day each, with AppleJack in charged of the fused body, with the other mind being persuasive.

Sounds doable, as far as each of the girls can either miss work once a day for five weeks, or their jobs are for around-the-week services, so theoretically most employees can expect mid-week weekends; and restaurants usually need all hands on weekends. This being said, Rainbow probably has a rotating weekend; Pinkie could have a fixed rest day between Monday and Wednesday if Sugarcube Corner operates more like a cafeteria than a pure bakery; Twilight would likely have weekends off IF she's officially the town's librarian; Rarity could probably afford to modify her business hours to Mon-Thu; Applejack and Fluttershy have daily chores that must be done daily, although while Applejack could possibly trade them with Big Mac, Fluttershy's critters still need to be fed at the appropriate hours.
