This rant, while pretty good, can be improved by correcting the grammar in the above quote.

For instance, the phrase "No, really" would benefit being rewritten like the way I just indicated: capital N and a comma separating the two words. In addition, the ellipsis indicates passive speech, and should probably be exchanged for a comma or semicolon. Finally, "WTF" is a question.

So the way I would write it is:

No, really; WTF?
