We all heard of Rotten Tomatoes, well Rotten Apples will function the same way. We, the members of Rotten Apples will review your fic/Sidestory/Short Fic, and determined it's rating.
We are not here to make fun of, or cause authors the feel bad, but we are here to give reviews of the fics and give em a rating score. Unlike Rage Reviews, we will not do anything to make the Authors feel down over a simple review, but try to help em make it better.
Fics will be put in submission and our reviewers will read the fic. Depending on the review, fics will get either a 0-60% meaning Rotten Apple, where we will come and help the author improve their fic, 60-100% meaning Fresh Apple will be given if the fic is fresh but may need little help, and lastly 75%-100% meaning Certified Fresh Apple, which will be given if the fic is outstandingly great, and well written.
Want to make a review of a story that you found, and/or like, this is the place for you, but, there are rules,
1. If a fic is needing to be reviewed, It needs to be in Submissions where we read and give our final review in the forums, and put it in a range it fits best.
2. Don't be a jerk, we are not meant to humiliate writers, but we are there for em to help em become a great writer.
3. If a fic and review is asked to be removed by the authors request, we will respect their wishes.
4. Moderators. If you want to be a moderator you need to understand that you can't abuse the ability. It's a privilege, not a right.
5. When a fic is given a review and a final rating, it be in that group.
6. No rage reviews, due to some authors being down from Rage Reviews, we won't do those.
7. NSFW Stories: These are allowed, however, these will be in a special folder for this, but reviews in the forums will require "NSFW" in the title to post it's review,.
8. There is no rule against submitting your own fic, but you need it to be reviewed by someone other then yourself.
Lastly, NO Making fun of other peoples interest. We are strict about making fun of peoples fetishes (Ex: Vore, Diaper, inflation, BDSM). We won't tolerate it, it's who they are.
