If anypony found out Flash Sentry (Iron Hoof suspects, but he does have any hard evidence, just looking for an opportunity to sack him) is in an undercover romantic relationship with Twilight, could they raise charges of treason against him? It is something I was researching; it was once considered high treason in Britain to attempt to enter in to a sexual relationship (bear with me) (out of marriage) with a Queen or Princess" (Poyning's Law 1495).
Any thoughts?

I think there are a bunch of other, legitimate charges they could try to convict Flash of, life overstepping his boundaries and disobeying orders, but given Ironhoof's attitude, that could potentially be leveled after him. Considering the severity of the other ones, that's completely superfluous, like following a cup of hemlock with a glass of antifreeze, and it'd be more telling of the kangaroo court than actual treason.
