The Meta Who indeed. If you've watched the most recent episode of RVB, then Spoiler Alert: you know that one of the people I suspected might don the Meta's/Agent Maine's armor, Shark Face, is dead. This leads to several possible outcomes: 1. Shark Face survived being shot, and blown up, and makes a not so surprising return in the armor. 2. Locus dons the armor. 3. Someone from the show's past makes a surprise return in the armor. 4. They just pick someone random/new to don the armor. And finally 5. The armor isn't used at all.

One also needs to keep in mind the second energy sword. Whoever has that (likely Felix), I imagine that Rooster Teeth would not give them the armor, since that would make them a bit overpowered. I think Locus will get the armour, as he is the one most interested in it, and since it is not fully ready yet, it will be the reason he dies, somehow.
